RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HTB®, every item is produced in limited quantities and handled with care. Please review our policy before placing an order.

REFUNDS

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Accidental purchases

  • Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund at our discretion

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items.

We do not offer size exchanges for limited releases unless otherwise stated.

LIMITED RELEASE PRODUCTS

Many HTB® products are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

If a replacement item is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

HTB® is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered production, packing, or shipment preparation, it cannot be canceled.
